Where is my order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

No, you will not be able to change it on our website. But you can request a change of address when our delivery partner contacts you before your order is delivered. If you choose to do so, remember that it may delay the delivery process.

Do you provide delivery service to countries outside the UAE?

Sorry, at the moment we only offer delivery to addresses within the UAE.

Do I need to show my ID when my order arrives?

Yes, please keep a valid ID on hand to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order. Acceptable forms of identification include either a passport or an Emirates ID.
